Kirsten Tibballs, who MasterChef proclaimed ‘the queen of chocolate’, is one of Australia’s most celebrated and internationally respected pastry chefs and chocolatiers. She is also an ambassador for event sponsor and leading chocolate manufacturer Callebaut.
Kirsten was recognised as the ‘best in the world’ when representing Australia at the World Pastry Championships with her homemade chocolates, and also won gold in the Pastry Olympics. She is a regular contributor to a number of the world’s leading pastry publications and frequently appears on television on Everyday Gourmet with Justine Schofield and Masterchef.
Kirsten self-published her first cookbook, Chocolate to Savour, which won an award from Gourmand for Best Photography in the UK.
